Exploring EMDR and Its Benefits

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a structured therapy that encourages the client to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously engaging in bilateral stimulation, often in the form of eye movements, taps, or tones.
