Danyelle Smith, MS, LPC-MHSP, NCC is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor with Mental Health Service Provider (LPC-MHSP) designation in the state of Tennessee. With a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years, she has honed her expertise in addressing trauma, marriage and family issues, as well as a range of behavioral disorders. Danyelle's diverse clientele includes individuals from various walks of life, including lawyers, doctors, railroad engineers, celebrities, university students, athletes, stay-at-home mothers, single parents, and families and couples around the country. Her empathetic and personalized approach to therapy enables her to forge meaningful connections with her clients, empowering them to overcome challenges and embrace personal growth.
Danyelle holds a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology with a minor in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. She is currently completing her Doctorate of Education in Counseling Psychology, also at Liberty University. This strong academic foundation, combined with her extensive professional experience, allows her to provide evidence-based and effective therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique needs.
Outside of her professional life, Danyelle is a devoted wife of over 35 years and a proud mother of two boys. She finds solace and rejuvenation in nature, living lakeside with her husband and their two beloved golden retrievers. Danyelle's personal values of love, compassion, and resilience are reflected in her work, making her an exceptional counselor and trusted ally on her clients' journey towards healing and self-discovery.
